Sports performance Fitness
Coach JT Gregory specializes in Strength, Speed, Explosion, Fat Loss, Corrective Exercise, Group Fitness, Olympic Lifting. These classes are designed for adults and children (ages 10+). You can expect HIIT training in a circuit format to focus on losing weight, losing body fat, and building lean muscle. This 60 minute session is a fat shredding workout using a mix of cardio, strength training and core exercises.

- Nasm certified (Pre / Post-partum, senior fitness, sports conditioning, foam rolling, hypervolt recovery)
- USA Olympic Lifting cert.

- USA Track and Field certified 2010-2014
- Played 2 years of Baseball at Chesapeake College
- Graduated with a Liberal Arts degree from Chesapeake
- Played 2 years at Wilmington University (De)
