Sports performance Fitness

Coach JT Gregory specializes in Strength, Speed, Explosion, Fat Loss, Corrective Exercise, Group Fitness, Olympic Lifting. These classes are designed for adults and children (ages 10+). You can expect HIIT training in a circuit format to focus on losing weight, losing body fat, and building lean muscle.  This 60 minute session is a fat shredding workout using a mix of cardio, strength training and core exercises.

  • USA Track and Field certified 2010-2014
  • Played 2 years of Baseball at Chesapeake College
  • Graduated with a Liberal Arts degree from Chesapeake
  • Played 2 years at Wilmington University (De)
  • Graduated with Bachelors of Sports Management
