Not only do you want to feel your best on your wedding day, but you want to look back at your bridal photos pleased with the hard work you put in pre-wedding. Here’s what you need to know!
One-On-One or With Team Bride
We know how busy you and your bridesmaid besties are, which is why we offer a variety of boot camp options. Each boot camp includes fitness consulting, a nutritional assessment, and high-intensity strength, cardio and conditioning. We also offer boot camp members discounted drop-in rates for our regularly scheduled Adult Fit classes — as low as $6 per class!
One On One — Commit to a minimum of four personal training boot camp sessions, perfect for the bride, any of her bridesmaids or a small group. The cost is $40 per person, per session with workouts personalized to your fitness goals. Select a time that fits easily into your schedule!
Six Weeks — You might be surprised at how much you can accomplish with one or two weekly sessions, starting just six weeks before the wedding. Perfect for tightening and toning. You’ll pay $175 per person for 1 session a week, $300 per person for 2 sessions a week. Current class times are Monday at 9 a.m., Tuesday at 6 p.m. and Saturday at 9 a.m. Additional times are available by request.
Three Months — The larger your weight loss and fitness goals, the more time you will need to transform your body and get gown ready! For this route, you’ll pay $500 per person for 2 sessions a week. Current class times are Monday at 9 a.m., Tuesday at 6 p.m. and Saturday at 9 a.m. Additional times are available by request.
Fun fact: We can also choreograph your wedding dance!
More Than Just Fitness
You don’t just want to look your best but also feel your best on your wedding day, or while standing beside your loved one as she exchanges her vows. Our goal with The Big Day Bootcamp isn’t just to help you tighten and tone, but to adopt a few lifelong healthy habits. That is why we include a personalized nutritional assessment and fitness consulting as part of our wedding boot camp. This will accelerate the rate at which you achieve your fitness goals.
Stay Centered And Focused
While a joyous time, planning a wedding can be quite overwhelming. There is so much that goes into planning the perfect wedding, far more than most brides bargain for. In addition to making time for The Big Day Bootcamp, make sure you stay hydrated, eat well-balanced meals and get plenty of rest. Also, take at least one hour each week to unplug and pamper yourself. This could include steam, sauna, a hot bath or a massage. If you feel yourself getting too frazzled, spend one full minute taking deep belly breaths or try yoga or meditation.
